Conference Center and Accommodations
The Front Royal 4-H Center offers a complete line of services including lodging, meals, meeting rooms, audio-visual equipment and recreational facilities. The Conference Center houses an auditorium with seating for 300 as well as several smaller conference rooms. Meals are served buffet style in an air-conditioned dining room which can seat up to 300 people.
We will be utilizing 2 lodges; Congressman J. Kenneth Robinson Lodge (Congressman) and Robinson Lodge (Robinson). Each lodge is equipped with bunk beds and handicapped accessible rooms are available upon request. Both lodges have a private bath in each room.
Congressman Lodge has 24 rooms with 4 beds per room. There is a private bath in each room. This lodge is air-conditioned and has 2 lounge areas.
Robinson Lodge has 18 rooms with 6 beds per room. There is a private bath in each room. This lodge has a large comfortable lounge. Robinson Lodge is not air-conditioned.
Linen service is available for a per person fee of $7.00 for the weekend. A set of linens includes 2 sheets, 1 pillow case, 1 bath towel, 1 wash cloth, paper bath mat and soap. Blankets and pillows are NOT provided. Linens will NOT be changed during your stay. You are welcome to bring all your own linens if you choose not to select the linen service.
Beds will NOT be made up by center staff. Private baths will not be cleaned during your stay.
